Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Corner Property Management looks after rental homes across the Charlotte area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
