Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Charlotte with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
