Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
