Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Stone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Boston, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
