Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boise, ID)

Rivermark West Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
