Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
