Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Baltimore focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
