Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Baltimore, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
