Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Manufacturing and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
