Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
