Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Ember Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
