Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Arts Center and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
