Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
