Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Granite Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
