Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Corner Property Management is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
