Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Pine Staffing is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
