Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Savannah, GA)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
