Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Diego. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
