Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Linden Health is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
