Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Reno, NV)

Cedar Clear Banking Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
