Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Bright Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
