Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Hospitality and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
