Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
