Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Stonegate Clear Telecom is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
