Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Cedar Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tampa area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Families are partners. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
