Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
