Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
