Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Foxglove Legal Group provides legal services in Omaha across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
