Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
