Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
