Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Property Management and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
