Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
