Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Rowan Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
