Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
