Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove North Property Management manages apartment communities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
