Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Oklahoma City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
