Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Oklahoma City plant, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
