Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Foods and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
