Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Pine Financial Group serves customers across Nashville with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
