Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Memphis serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
