Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
