Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
