Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Ashton Foods is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
