Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Fort Worth serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
