Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
