Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Iron Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fort Worth plant. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
