Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Yarrow Legal Group provides legal services in El Paso across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
