Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Umber Legal Group is a law firm in El Paso serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
