Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We reward reliability. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
