Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Health and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
